Her philosophy of care is to treat every child the way she would want her own children treated. 

Dr. Ryan received her DDS degree with highest honors from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1997, where she was awarded the Charles Sweet Award for clinical excellence in the treatment of children.  She then completed a 3 year residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of California, San Francisco and received both her Pediatric Dentistry Specialty Certificate and a master's degree in Oral Biology in 2000. She is proud to be a Cal Alumni as well.

Dr. Ryan enjoys practicing in her hometown of Meadow Vista. She and her husband, Donal, an anesthesiologist at Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital, both enjoy staying home part-time to care for their 3 children, Connor, Taryn, and Lachlan.  Connor and Taryn attend Placer High School, while Lachlan attends Weimar Hills School.  Dr. Ryan enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading, photography, and running with her two dogs, Twyla (a yellow lab) and Archie (a border terrier)
